Our dedication to efficient service means we typically process orders within 24 hours during business days. Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed the same day, while those placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends will be processed the next business day. We carefully select and package your items, often using recycled shipping materials as part of our environmental commitment.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship throughout the continental United States with the following estimated delivery times after shipment:

Important Shipping Policies and Liability Information

Once a package is scanned and in the possession of the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), the carrier assumes full responsibility for the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for:

- Packages marked as delivered

- Carrier service interruptions

- Incorrect delivery addresses provided during checkout

If you experience any issues with your delivery after the package has been scanned by the carrier, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. While we cannot be responsible for carrier-related issues, we will provide all necessary documentation to assist with your claim.
